Based in North Wales and operating throughout the UK Greenspaces Tree & Landscape Consultants specialises in arboriculture, including tree inspection and tree orientated landscape schemes
With many years practical experience gained from working in both Local Government and the private sector, reinforced with relevant academic qualifications I am certain that I can help with your arboricultural requirements. For those larger sites I have a network of sub-contracting arboriculturalist and landscape professionals I can call on.
Greenspaces can prepare reports needed for your planning application (BS5837), planning enquiries & hearings, Tree Preservation Order (TPO) and Conservation Area applications, appeals & statements as well as tree condition assessments and planting schemes. Providing tree and landscape detail in accordance with BS5837:2012 - I can provide the detailed surveys and advice needed to inform your layout and design or fulfil your pre-commencement Planning Conditions. All to the relevant British Standard and as expected or requested by your Local Planning Authority in terms of Arboricultural Method Statements (AMS), Tree Protection Plans (TPP) and tree survey information.
